APU AMD Mendocino with Zen 2 nuclei and RDNA 2 graphics will not be pleased with performance

At the Chiphell forum, the characteristics of the APU AMD Mendocino, which will be presented in the form of mobile Athlon and Ryzen 5, were published. These processors were announced on Computex 2022, and several manufacturers have already stated that they intend to release their devices with them inside.

As part of the announcement, we were already informed that the Zen 2 processor nuclei will be up to 4 (with SMT support), but nothing was said about the characteristics of the built-in graphics of RDNA 2. If you believe the published leak, then its performance will be very modest, because users will be offered only 2 computing block RDNA 2.

APU AMD Mendocino should appear on the market at the end of this year and will be installed in budget laptops with a price of $ 399 to $ 699. As we found out yesterday, manufacturers of portable PC consoles also posed to these APUs.
